Dr Daniel Diebold

Newly arrived from Tamworth, Dr Diebold is taking new patients.

“My parents married after a romantic liason during the second world war, I was conceived in Switzerland and born in Australia. My parents taught me to be resilient, plus to accept and care for all other people. I grew up mostly on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and went on to graduate in medicine at Sydney University. I went on to marry a wonderful lady who blessed me with seven children, who have provided me with much joy and eleven grandchildren.

My career evolved through multiple remote and country opportunities, from Derby and Kununurra in Northern WA to my last 25 years in Tamworth. The sea drew me back to the coast, where I enjoy bushwalking, plus days on the beach exploring and playing with my grandchildren. Medicine gives me the opportunity to helping people get the best out of their lives.”
