Dr OSCAR Thach

Oscar graduated from the University of New England in 2021 and completed his internship and residency at Gosford and Wyong Hospitals. He joined the team at Swansea Channel Doctors in August 2025 and loves being able to care for "the Central Coast/Lake Macquarie community. In his spare time, he enjoys being bossed around by his 2 year old son and making his wife watch movies she does not enjoy.

 

Dr Hayden Chan

Consulting Days: Wednesday, Friday

Dr Chan has recently fellowed as a specialist in General Practice and is taking new patients.

“I am a no-frills GP who trained at Westmead Hospital but moved to the Newcastle basin to relish in my love for the sun, sand, and lack of traffic! I have a strong interest in skin cancer medicine and procedures, CTP claims, musculoskeletal injuries, and cardiology.”

 

Dr LISA CROTTY

Having just moved to the area I have been attempting to find the dream work/life balance that everyone talks of. I really enjoy the variety of general practice and have been involved in paediatric, emergency and aged care in various roles. In my non-work time I love spending time with family going on new adventures, playing hockey and running on the beach.

 

Dr Damian Smith

I am an English GP who relocated to Australia in 2015. My areas of special interest include Medical Cannabis, Dive and Flight Medicals, Work cover, Work place Medicals and Skin Cancer Surgeries. I am an experienced GP registrar Supervisor. I’m also a paraglider, snowboarder, origamist, property developer and technophile.

 

Dr Byeong Min

Consulting days: Wednesday and Friday 

Languages: English and Korean 

 I am a UNSW Medicine graduate who had trained at Concord Hospital and Sydney Children's Hospital. I have an interest paediatric medicine and preventative medicine. Outside of work I enjoy travelling, running and spending time with my puppy Toto. 

 

Dr Elizabeth ReVelle

I am American born, but Australian trained doctor who has now spent longer living in Australia than in America!  My special areas of interest are: Lifestyle Medicine, Skin Health and Aesthetic Medicine, and Neurodiversity. With all my travels, I still think the view across the Swansea Channel out to the heads is one of the most beautiful on earth.  My interests outside of medicine are gardening, travelling and anything you could count as an adventure.  The root of the word happiness is "happens".

I am a local boy who went to Swansea High and Newcastle Uni before studying medicine at ANU. I started working as a GP locally in 2012. I’m passionate about preventative medicine and am happy to see patients at any stage of life. I am a true generalist who enjoys everything from paediatrics, shared obstetric care and mens health. I have special interests in neurology, complex chronic disease, end of life care and medical education. When I’m not at work you’ll find me trying to keep up with my two beautiful kids.”
