All fees are to be paid at the time of appointment. Discounted fees will apply to over 75 years and pension card holders. 5 years and under are Bulk Billed.
A non attendance fee of $40 will be charged for any no show, or notice given less than 2 hours before the appointment time.

All Nurse appointments attract a $20 fee, and a consultation fee depending on the length of appointment.
Immunisation - any cost for non government funded vaccine to be paid by the patient.
Skin Procedures - $65 Theatre fee + $75 per 15minutes completely out of pocket, Histology item number will be charged to the patient once results received and you will get a Medicare Rebate, please discuss with the GP at the time of your skin check before booking with reception.

IUD $480 (REBATE $164.45)
Implanon insertion $200 (REBATE $85.35) Implanon removal $200 (REBATE $89.40)
Workers Compensation appointments are to be paid by the patient and a receipt will be provided to claim back from their insurance company.
